1. Introduction

Kastallis Production is organizing an exclusive contest for WeWork Montréal members to celebrate its 15th anniversary. The contest runs from March 21, 2025, until April 23, 2025, at 3:30 PM (Eastern Time). The winner will be selected by random draw on April 23, 2025, at 3:30 PM (Eastern Time). Three people will win a prize.

2. Eligibility

No purchase necessary. This contest, organized by Kastallis Productions and WeWork, is open exclusively to WeWork Montréal members who meet the following criteria at the time of entry:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must reside in Montréal.

Must have an active WeWork Montréal membership (On Demand, All Access, or Private Office).

Each participant may only submit one entry for the entire duration of the contest. By participating, entrants acknowledge they have read and understood these official rules.

3. How to Enter

To enter the contest, participants must complete the registration form available at the official contest page: https://go.kastallis.com/wework-en

By submitting the form, participants agree to receive communications from Kastallis Production related to the contest and its services.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries. The draw will take place on April 23, 2025, and winners will be announced by email and on Kastallis Production’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

If a winner does not respond within 10 business days of being notified, Kastallis Production reserves the right to select another winner. Once eligibility is confirmed and the prize is accepted, Kastallis Production will send instructions directly to the winner on how to claim their prize. If the winner declines the prize or cannot meet the conditions, the prize will be forfeited and not awarded to the initial winner.

The shoot must be booked at least 60 days in advance and completed before December 31, 2025. No extensions will be granted beyond this date. Some blackout periods may apply based on Kastallis Production’s schedule. These will be communicated during planning. The winner and their team must be present on the day of the shoot and follow the schedule set by Kastallis Production. In case of cancellation without reasonable notice, Kastallis reserves the right to cancel the prize without compensation.

5. Prizes

Each prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash. No prize substitution is allowed unless solely at the discretion of the contest partners, who reserve the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with another of equal or greater value.

Three prizes will be awarded:

1st Prize (valued at $12,000): 3 months of video content in a single shoot day including: Interview and B-roll footage, main 2–3 minute video, 10 to 12 short videos for website and social media, art direction, scriptwriting, editing, photo and video retouching included.
2nd Prize (valued at $6,000): Team photoshoot and interviews including: Professional individual and group photos, backstage/interview video, art direction, and post-production.
3rd Prize (valued at $2,000): Professional photos of each team member.

Prizes are non-cashable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

6. Claiming the Prize

The Contest Organizer will contact the winner via email or phone to schedule a phone call to discuss prize details and next steps. To be declared a winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, unaided and within a set time limit, a math skill-testing question over the phone at a mutually agreed time.

Kastallis Production reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to ask a different skill-testing question in certain cases, to accommodate accessibility needs or comply with applicable law. A participant who answers the question incorrectly or cannot be reached by phone within two weeks of the draw will forfeit the prize and be disqualified.

7. Contest Modification

The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in whole or in part, or to terminate it if any event or human intervention occurs that could affect the contest’s administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct, as outlined in these rules.

In any such case, the Contest Organizer, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize/service providers, employees, agents, and representatives will not be obligated to award more prizes or any prizes other than in accordance with these rules, and will not be held liable if unforeseen events prevent the continuation of the contest as planned.

8. General Conditions

This contest, organized by Kastallis Production, is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Only one entry per company is allowed. Any attempt to cheat or tamper with the results will result in immediate disqualification. Kastallis Production reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in case of force majeure. The organizer is not responsible for technical issues affecting participant registration or entry.

9. Privacy & Consent

Kastallis Productions may collect personal information including your name, business email, company name, website, industry, and WeWork subscription type. As per Québec’s Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, all personal data collected, including for this contest, will be kept confidential by authorized personnel and used solely for administering the contest, contacting and announcing winners, and where legally permitted or required.

By participating, you agree that Kastallis Productions may use the information you submitted for promotional and marketing purposes and retains ownership over that content and any materials created from it. We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect your personal data's integrity, security, and confidentiality. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, copyrights, and trade secrets contained in any material (printed, digital, or otherwise), is the property of Kastallis Productions unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any copyrighted or proprietary material is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Kastallis Productions.

11. Governing Law

The contest is subject to applicable Canadian laws. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Québec.
